We're recruiting a 服务交付经理 (SDM) to work closely with the 气象局 Data Provisioning Team. This includes overseeing the delivery of data through Weather DataHub (a website which offers access to customisable weather data via API) and other delivery systems for observed and forecast data.
You will also be responsible for ensuring data is provided to our customers as part of our commitments to the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO). Enabling data delivery to anyone is at the heart of meeting the 气象局 citizen engagement strategy to drive socio-economic benefit and reach. Understanding how we evolve our operational services is key to the future data offer.

- Being responsible for the set up and production of all customer services and managing the day-to-day delivery of these services to customers to meet business, 遵从性和及时性要求. This will include ensuring all appropriate documentation surrounding your services is provided and maintained.
- Contribute to the management of service incidents and problems when required, 和实施, executing and maintaining appropriate business continuity measures and documentation.
